About the role
As a Software Developer, you will help us build and improve the web and mobile products that our businesses run on. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.
What you will get to do
- Design and build features from requirements to release, with limited supervision.
- Review colleagues' code and improve the quality of our codebase.
- Investigate and fix production defects and help prevent them recurring.
- Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
- Support and guide newer colleagues.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience building and releasing production software in a modern language.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within three months, you own a defined area of work.
- Within a year, you are a reliable source of guidance for newer colleagues.
