Accessibility.
Last updated: 2 October 2026.
Our commitment
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is consistent with the Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act 2018.
In building the site we aim to provide text alternatives for images, good colour contrast, full keyboard use, clear headings, labelled forms and text that can be enlarged.
Current status
We have not yet carried out a formal accessibility audit of this website, so we cannot say which level it meets. We plan to commission an independent audit within six months of the date above and to publish a summary of the result here.
Known limitations
Because no audit has been done, we have not formally identified the limitations of this website. Some barriers may exist that we do not yet know about. Documents in downloadable formats and content from other providers may be less accessible than our own pages. If you cannot use something, tell us and we will give you the information in another format.
When the audit is complete, we will list the issues it finds here, with a target date for each fix.
Feedback
If you meet a barrier on this website, or need information in another format, please use our contact form and choose Accessibility. Tell us the page, the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you use.
We will acknowledge your message within five working days and aim to give you a full answer within ten working days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may raise your concern with the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities.
