About the role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will help us build and improve the web and mobile products that our businesses run on. You will lead people and take responsibility for results in your area, and you will report to the Head of Department.
What you will get to do
- Lead the technical design of major features and make sure they are delivered well.
- Set direction on engineering standards, architecture and tooling.
- Mentor developers and raise the technical level of the whole team.
- Represent AdaIn professionally with customers, partners and regulators.
- Develop the people around you and plan for their succession.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Seven or more years of relevant experience, including leadership of people or of major projects.
- Deep experience in software design, with a record of leading complex projects.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you set a clear direction for your area.
- Within a year, you have improved results and developed the people around you.
