About the role
As a Senior Quality and Security Engineer, you will help us make sure our products work properly and resist attack before customers rely on them. You will lead people and take responsibility for results in your area, and you will report to the Head of Department.
What you will get to do
- Own the quality and security testing strategy for the group.
- Advise leaders on release risk and on compliance with data protection rules.
- Mentor testers and engineers and shape our secure development practice.
- Represent AdaIn professionally with customers, partners and regulators.
- Develop the people around you and plan for their succession.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Seven or more years of relevant experience, including leadership of people or of major projects.
- Deep experience in quality engineering and application security.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you set a clear direction for your area.
- Within a year, you have improved results and developed the people around you.
