About the role
As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will help us build the relationships with banks, hospitals, payment providers, cooperatives, corporate organisations and public bodies that our products depend on. You will lead people and take responsibility for results in your area, and you will report to the Head of Department.
What you will get to do
- Own our partnership strategy and our most important partner relationships.
- Lead negotiations on major agreements with banks, hospitals, payment providers and public bodies.
- Report to senior management on partnership risks and results.
- Represent AdaIn professionally with customers, partners and regulators.
- Develop the people around you and plan for their succession.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Seven or more years of relevant experience, including leadership of people or of major projects.
- A record of negotiating major partnerships, ideally in finance, health or technology.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you set a clear direction for your area.
- Within a year, you have improved results and developed the people around you.
