About the role
As a Senior Mobile and Web Engineer, you will help us build the applications that customers see and use, on phones and on the web. You will lead people and take responsibility for results in your area, and you will report to the Head of Department.
What you will get to do
- Own the architecture of our web and mobile applications.
- Set standards for design systems, performance and accessibility.
- Mentor engineers and advise product leaders on what is feasible.
- Represent AdaIn professionally with customers, partners and regulators.
- Develop the people around you and plan for their succession.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Seven or more years of relevant experience, including leadership of people or of major projects.
- Deep experience in application architecture, performance and accessibility.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you set a clear direction for your area.
- Within a year, you have improved results and developed the people around you.
