About the role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will help us explain our products clearly and earn the trust of the people we serve. You will lead people and take responsibility for results in your area, and you will report to the Head of Department.
What you will get to do
- Own marketing strategy, brand and messaging across the group.
- Decide where to invest the marketing budget and report on returns.
- Protect our reputation by keeping every public statement accurate and provable.
- Represent AdaIn professionally with customers, partners and regulators.
- Develop the people around you and plan for their succession.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Seven or more years of relevant experience, including leadership of people or of major projects.
- A record of building brands and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you set a clear direction for your area.
- Within a year, you have improved results and developed the people around you.
