Quality and Security Intern

About the role

You will learn by taking part in real work, with a mentor to guide you. The aim of the internship is to give you practical experience in how we make sure our products work properly and resist attack before customers rely on them, and to see whether we are a good fit for each other.

What you will get to do

• Run test cases and report defects.
• Help check forms and logins for common weaknesses.
• Learn our tools and ways of working from your mentor.
• Take part in team meetings and share what you have learned.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

• You are studying for, or have recently finished, a degree, diploma or equivalent training.
• A willingness to learn and to take feedback.
• Good communication skills.
• Honesty, and care with confidential information.
• The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.

What success looks like in this role

• By the end of the internship, you have completed a small project the team can use.
• You can describe what you learned, and you have a clear idea of your next step.
