Partnerships Associate

About the role

As a Partnerships Associate, you will help us build the relationships with banks, hospitals, payment providers, cooperatives, corporate organisations and public bodies that our products depend on. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.

What you will get to do

• Research and list possible partners in finance, health, technology and the public sector.
• Prepare materials and arrange meetings.
• Keep records of every partner conversation and agreement.
• Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
• Ask for help early and learn from feedback.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

• A diploma, degree or equivalent, and up to two years of relevant experience, or a strong record of relevant projects.
• Good research, writing and organisation skills.
• Honesty, and care with confidential information.
• The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.

What success looks like in this role

• In your first three months, you complete your assigned work to the agreed standard.
• In your first year, you work with less supervision and are trusted with larger tasks.
