About the role
As a Marketing Officer, you will help us explain our products clearly and earn the trust of the people we serve. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.
What you will get to do
- Help prepare and publish content for our website, social channels and events.
- Track simple campaign results and report them.
- Check that every claim in our content is accurate and approved.
- Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
- Ask for help early and learn from feedback.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- A diploma, degree or equivalent, and up to two years of relevant experience, or a strong record of relevant projects.
- Good writing skills and familiarity with social media and digital tools.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- In your first three months, you complete your assigned work to the agreed standard.
- In your first year, you work with less supervision and are trusted with larger tasks.
