About the role
You will own revenue and growth across the AdaIn group and report to the Chief Executive Officer. Applications for this role are handled in confidence.
What you will get to do
- Set commercial strategy and revenue targets across all products.
- Lead sales, marketing, partnerships, business relationships and customer experience.
- Own pricing and the commercial terms of major deals.
- Build and develop the commercial team.
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer and the board on commercial results.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Ten or more years of relevant experience, with a record of leading commercial teams in technology, finance or health.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- A record of delivering results without cutting corners.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- Within six months, you have agreed a commercial plan and targets with the Chief Executive Officer.
- Within a year, the commercial team is organised, and results are visible and reported honestly.
