Business Relationships Intern

About the role

You will learn by taking part in real work, with a mentor to guide you. The aim of the internship is to give you practical experience in how we look after our business customers, and to see whether we are a good fit for each other.

What you will get to do

• Help keep customer account records up to date.
• Join customer visits and write up what you learn.
• Learn our tools and ways of working from your mentor.
• Take part in team meetings and share what you have learned.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

• You are studying for, or have recently finished, a degree, diploma or equivalent training.
• A willingness to learn and to take feedback.
• Good communication skills.
• Honesty, and care with confidential information.
• The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.

What success looks like in this role

• By the end of the internship, you have completed a small project the team can use.
• You can describe what you learned, and you have a clear idea of your next step.
