About the role
As a Business Relationship Officer, you will help us look after our business customers, help them succeed and keep their trust. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.
What you will get to do
- Look after a list of assigned customer and business accounts.
- Visit or call customers regularly, solve small problems and escalate the rest.
- Help customers get started with our products.
- Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
- Ask for help early and learn from feedback.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- A diploma, degree or equivalent, and up to two years of relevant experience, or a strong record of relevant projects.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to meet customers.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- In your first three months, you complete your assigned work to the agreed standard.
- In your first year, you work with less supervision and are trusted with larger tasks.
