About the role
As a Associate Quality and Security Engineer, you will help us make sure our products work properly and resist attack before customers rely on them. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.
What you will get to do
- Write and run test cases for new features.
- Report defects clearly and check that fixes work.
- Learn common security weaknesses and how to test for them.
- Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
- Ask for help early and learn from feedback.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- A diploma, degree or equivalent, and up to two years of relevant experience, or a strong record of relevant projects.
- An understanding of software testing and an interest in security.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- In your first three months, you complete your assigned work to the agreed standard.
- In your first year, you work with less supervision and are trusted with larger tasks.
