About the role
As a Associate Cloud and DevOps Engineer, you will help us keep our platforms running, secure and recoverable. You will work as part of a team under a Team Lead.
What you will get to do
- Help maintain our hosting, deployment and monitoring setup.
- Run routine checks and respond to alerts under guidance.
- Keep documentation of systems and procedures up to date.
- Follow our policies on data protection and confidentiality.
- Ask for help early and learn from feedback.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- A diploma, degree or equivalent, and up to two years of relevant experience, or a strong record of relevant projects.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, networking and cloud hosting.
- Honesty, and care with confidential information.
- The ability to work with colleagues from different functions.
What success looks like in this role
- In your first three months, you complete your assigned work to the agreed standard.
- In your first year, you work with less supervision and are trusted with larger tasks.
